The Methodist Church in Wolstanton has its roots way back in 1813, when permission was sought to build the first chapel in the village. The first buildings on the existing site were opened in 1867 and over the last few years redevelopment work has taken place.
We now have a fully a comfortable meeting room with a loop system and facilities for media presentations.
The coffee lounge is a lovely welcoming space for conversations over coffee.
A new church office has been redeveloped for our administration work.
The toilets have been upgraded to a high standard, which now includes facilities for the disabled.
The kitchen refurbishment has now been completed with double oven, heated cupboard, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer installed along with excellent storage facilities.

OUR MISSION

Through our lives and by our prayers we seek to develop Christ’s Kingdom particularly in the locality of Wolstanton.

On Sunday, we offer:

Our main act of worship. This takes place at 10.30am when all ages gather to celebrate our faith.

During morning worship there is an area in Church for use of young people.

Usually, on the second Sunday of the month we hold a Communion service where we invite all to

share in this important sacrament.

Our morning services involve our congregation through our music group and participation in

leading worship.

If you are a visitor or a new person in worship then welcome to our church, it is good to have you with us.

You are invited to fill in one of our ‘Welcome Cards’.

These can be found at the back of the church or ask the person on the door for one.
